Georges Civalleri has developed a tax and corporate expertise with a strong international focus integrating an overall economic vision and a cross-disciplinary approach.

He supports managers, private clients, investors, French and foreign companies in the development and implementation of their legal, tax and asset-based strategy, in particular in planning, structuring and performing mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, and investments notably in the real-estate sector. He has developed an extended  risk analysis activity   which places him well upstream of the projects to which he offers his skills in perfect coordination with other skills on offer in the firm. This enables him to propose practical and bespoke solutions.

He also provides assistance in terms of tax audits and dispute resolution.

Georges Civalleri is responsible for teaching in commercial tax law at the IAE (Commercial Administration Institute) at Paris-Est
