Thierry Pariente provides services both as a consultant and in commercial law dispute resolution, particularly in distribution law, marketing and publicity law, which are areas where he supports industrial clients, luxury goods firms, service providers and communication consultants, in France and abroad.

He is involved in the structuring and the organisation of their distribution networks and the implementation of their commercial transactions, as well as in the management of  pre-litigation situations. He has a particular expertise in the automobile and industrial handling sectors.

He has also developed a recognised experience in dispute resolution between shareholders or partners and in representations and warranties disputes and is also well versed in the management of alternative dispute resolution methods, in particular mediation.
