Armand Avocats is delighted to have assisted the Manuloc Group, French leader in materials handling solutions, in its acquisition of the Axialease Group, a specialist in financial leasing, from its shareholders.
This acquisition enables the MANULOC group to broaden its activities and offer leasing solutions designed to promote the energy transition for businesses: photovoltaic panels, inverters and stationary energy storage systems.
